Anyone know of a cheap place to get good candles?  I was going to order off quickcandles but wondering if I can find something local.  what about at carolina pottery or the craft stores?

Help :).

Thanks.

I'm in Raleigh. I need votives and floating.  I saw that PB has votives.  Do they possibly carry floating too?

Only floating candles I saw were ones shaped liked roses.

I got my candles at P.B. b/c I wanted scentless candles in a linen color. The ones I got were perfect...plus they were 20% off.

Another suggestion might be IKEA.  It may be worth a drive to Charlotte.  I got my tea lights, votives and floating candles there for a very reasonable price.

If you just want plain votives, I got a pack of 12 (already in the clear glass containers) from Michael's.  We actually got several packs, and used a 40% coupon on each.

Michael's carries both. I ordered mine from quick candles because I am doing tealights and needed to extended burn candles...

Michaels and Hobby Lobby might have the best price if you have a coupon. I got mines from Quick Candles because after using a promo code and paying for shipping it still ended up being a few cents cheaper.

Ikea is another good option too, but only if you're in the Charlotte area. Otherwise I would just purchase them from Quick Candles.

Go to google and look up promo codes for Quick Candles;  you'll be bound to find a coupon.

I agree with IKEA. I soo wish there was one closer up here.  However, it's a fun day trip there.

Michaels has good deals. Occassionally you can find some at HomeGoods.

Michael's is probably your best bet for floating. I have 48 votives that I don't think we'll use. They have 3-4 hours left in them. If you're interested e-mail me at matthewsk1216 at gmail.com.

I have looked at Ikea but they only burn for 3-4 hours.  I need the long burning ones :(.  All these little details sure add up.

Thanks for your help! i really appreciate it.
