Hey!  I know where you're lurking today ;)

Thanks!  Things went really well, we've got a ton of stuff moved.  We're at the old place today packing up a few things and doing laundry, and I'm trying to arrange for our internet to be moved.  Laughing

Lmao. . and where have I been lurking?

I hope the move is smooth. When we moved, the material things were fine. However utilities and internet / phone. . ugh. I think it's because we were a new street though and everyone was like "That's not a valid address". . .the Fvck it isnt. . we live here! Hah.

It took 3 weeks for the mailman to figure it out. *Face Palm*

    Oh that's a pain.

Our electric and water and gas were taken care of already, I just didn't do the cable/internet right away because I didn't expect to move all of our furniture so soon.

Also, funny (now but not at the time) story.  I managed to lock us out of the house on Monday, yeah, the day we got possession.  It was terrible, we were stuck outside for hours until a friend came by and we carded one of the doors.  So three lessons learned; 1 - bolt the doors when we leave, and 2 - check that you're not locking yourself out, and 3 - change the garage key pad code immediately.

Hahh whoops! We did that too. Our bottom door knobs are VERY easy to lock your self out with. Whenever Chris is OOT, I always double check to make sure I haven't screwed up by locking myself out.

Do you have those stupid ones where you can open them from the inside even if they're locked too?

    I hate them.

They have them at H's family's beach house, and at my dad's house.  I've locked myself out of both places, but there are keys hidden at both.  We didn't have a "Mary can't work a lock" back up plan in place yet.

Yep. That's exactly the kind we have. We had a hide-a-key, but gave it to the neighbors for whenever we're out of town so that they can come check on the kitties.

Im thinking we need to get another one lol.
