NYC Bachelorette Party

Ok...so I'm doing my bachelorette party in NYC. We are starting off going to a concert but then want to go out on the town!! I'd like to at least have a few ideas of some fun bars or clubs to go to in the Times Square area. The only problem is one of my BM's doesn't turn 21 for a few months yet. I don't know the city too well, and either does my BP (we're from Orlando).Does anyone have any suggestions of places that either don't card (wink, wink) or 18 to get in??Help! I dont want to end up in a TGIFridays!! TIA;)

Does she have a decent fake?? If so it will be much easier to get into places in the city! If not, I would pregame where you guys are staying and then go to an 18 to party 21 to drink place. We went to a place called Porkys, it was super fun dance/ sing along music and a total bachelorette spot (reminded me of like senor frogs or something) but its a little run down haha. I have also been to tortilla flats for a bparty, lots of fun!

Great! Thanks, I'll check those out. I think we're more concerned about her getting in then drinking. Like you said, she can pre-game! ;)

There are lots of restaurants that have bars that she can definitely go to.  I'd maybe try that angle.  But there really aren't any fun bars or clubs in the Times Square area-- that area is strictly touristy (and nearby stuff is very after-work oriented), so places tend to be overpriced and lame.Could you go downtown?  If she has a decent fake, there are tons of bars in the NYU area she could go to.  They're also kind of lame because they cater to the underage crowd, but probably better than TGI Friday's, right?

Also, I would ask on the NYC board too, particularly if you want suggestions that aren't typical bachelor party places.

It's not in the Times Square area, but Webster Hall is 19+ now; that's why I more or less stopped going.

Oh, FYI, Webster Hall is on East 11th Street. Bring ID because they are *serious* about it. 4 floors, all different kinds of dance music, several bars, and all sorts of stuff. Used to be my favorite club in the city when they were 21+ and I was in law school. I still go back once in a while for old times' sake & 'cause it's hard to stay away.
