Has anyone used Diamond Production Entertainment for photo/video?  FI and I have mixed feelings on them - we love the photographer (she did FI's cousin's wedding), but they have a really bad BBB rating.Even if you haven't heard/used them, I'd be interested in your thoughts...TIA, Jennifer

    i used them for DJ, but since then our MC started his own company.  we used candid for photo & video and everything came out greatI know ours used their DJ services, but not sure of anyone that used them for photo/video.

    we used them and all I can say is don't bother with them.  Their dj service is great but there photography is a joke.  I was married in june 2008, had to constantly call them to finally get my wedding album, didn't get it till august 2009, its september 2009 and I am still waiting on the parent albums.All the photographers were great to work with but what is the point if you never get the pictures.. Since working with them they have changed offices and when you call their office sometimes you get a voicemail for some real estate office.  Leaves me worried that they may close up shope soon and me without all my albums.****STAY AWAY****
