help with menu wording

I need some help with the wording. Any suggestions would be helpful. Normal 0 Champagne Toast   Salad Caesar Salad   Entrée Choices:   14 oz. Roasted Prime Rib   Chicken Stuffed with Fontina Cheese, Sundried Tomato, and Spinach served with Madeira Sauce   Pacific Sole served in a crock with Julienne Vegetables, Shitake Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes   Eggplant Parmigiana   Side Dishes Roasted Asparagus and Buttery Mashed Potatoes   Dessert: Wedding Cake and Mini Viennese Table Coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, Tea Service

Yikes. I don't know why it came out like that.

I wouldn't include champagne toast, because that really isn't part of the meal. I also wouldn't capitalize anything other than the first word in each line, unless that word is a proper noun. If you do go for title case though, words like Served and Crock should be capitalized. Instead of "Side Dishes," I would include a sentence under the Entree Choice heading that says along the lines of "All entrees served with roasted asparagus and buttery mashed potatoes." "Side Dishes" sounds very casual for a wedding menu. Also, I think you need a heading for Salad or First Course, as you have headings for everything else.

Ditto pp and I may be a little slow but do the side dishes come with each entree or are they served family style? Also, for dessert I would put:DessertWedding CakeMini Viennese Table

Thanks. I love the idea of first course. I couldn't think of anything other than salad. Does this look already right or should I make the sole lower case? Normal 0 Pacific Sole served in a crock with julienne vegetables, shitake mushrooms and cherry tomatoes

I'd take out the 14 oz before the prime rib. Nothing else has "sizes" and I think it's unnecessary for a wedding menu since people aren't being given a choice between an 8 oz and 14 oz prime rib - there's only one size. I also don't think the Coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, Tea is necessary either - that's usually pretty standard
