TIPPING help

Does anyone have an article or a link they are using as a guideline for tipping?  I keep hearing/finding different information and it's all very confusing! TIA

    I don't agree with that list. Dj is with you for 4 hours. Photographer 8-12 hours. Why should they get the same tip? Also why pay the photographer assistant more than the video assistant? I think it also depends on what you paid for the services to begin with.  If I got a $100 haircut (never), I would think I would be expected to tip more that if I got a $20 haircut.
