Anyone use clip in extension?

And if so, where did you get them made? My regular salon in NJ only does bonded extensions. (P.S. I prefer not to have to buy the hair myself...but that's just a preference.)

good question. I have Stacy Pitt doing my hair and her site says she uses the bonded ones and I'm nervous about that.

Hi,   There's a woman named Stephanie (I think!) who makes clip in extensions at Shag86 in Montclair.  If you call and ask for the girl who makes extensions they'll know what you're talking about and you can make an appointment to talk to her.   I'm using extensions from her, but I'm in south Jersey now, so my mom picked them up for me and she said they look great.  They are expensive though: $375 for 6?  Like I said I haven't seen them so I can't really estimate how much hair that is!

I used them for my wedding... they looked great! I got mine in Willowbrook... there's a kiosk outside of Bloomies (i think? it's been awhile...) that sold them. They were pricey though... i think i spent like $200 on them. I think i got 6 pieces even though they sold them in boxes of 7... didn't need that extra piece. I'm not really on here much, but if you want the brand name or anything, email me at jesspres at gmail and i'll look them up at home.

Sally's Beauty Supply... I think I paid $79 or $89. You may be able to find a 20% off coupon too.

I bought them through the place where I am having a hair trial (Devenir in Milburn NJ).  I just went there got color matched and they ordered 10 pieces of 18" human hair clip in extensions.  I paid about $280 for them, but they don't charge to put them in at the trial or the day or so I thought it was worth it.

My salon recommended Sally's I got one box, and it was more than enough, you can't even tell at all, and they were great, it was 79 bucks, but if you sign up for the card its like 10 bucks off, I can show you the back of my hair with them in if you like.

Oh nevermind LOL, you don't want to buy yourself, though I must say the ones I bought real hair and be dyed etc are the ones that the salons use, they just sew the clips in.
