Metro Candy Apples

Hi - I think someone on this board used them (located in Clifton)?... I've done tons of reseach on Happy and Daffy, and spoke to someone at Metro today. Their prices are in my range and they are local, so the apples will be more fresh than the other 2 companies. What was your experience like? TIA!

I've had their caramel apples many times. They are always delish. Never got them as a favor or usd them in bulk though.

I've use Metro Candy Apples as favors before. And I will be using them again. Good prices and nice man to work with.

I had a friend use them for a shower and they were great.  Prices couldn't be beat.

yes, the man I spoke to was really nice! Thanks for everyone's input!  I will stop by their warehouse to taste them.

i did favors with daffy apple.  they were awesome, much better than i even expected.  they are these cute smaller apples, perfect for favors, very fresh, and were just delicious.  everyone loved them.  we went with caraml with the cookie crunch outside, although make sure you let ppl know bc ppl who dont like nuts think they are nuts and stay away.  they ship fresh, only a few days before, so it doesnt matter if you go local.  trust me, they are great.  i was very big into picking my own local organic apples and dipping myself, and it was totally more money, not worth it.  daffy all the way.

I was planning on using Daffy for my favors in Nov. but haven't placed an order yet. I have heard many great things and the price is great! Do you mind me asking how much the apples are from Metro?

Metro has caramel with peanuts for $22/20 so 1.10 each. he can do caramel with M&Ms too and that would be around $24/20 (1.20 each). and I think caramel with sprinkles is somwhere between those prices. for some reason sprinkles cost more than peanuts!
