ugh, I have the *worst* posture... I tried to make it a New Year's resolution one year, but then I'd just forget, and it all fell to the wayside...

Do you have good posture? I have horrible posture and I really noticed it in some of our e-pics. Are/did you work on your posture before the wedding? Yes. I've really be trying to work on sitting and standing up straight so I don't hate how I look in all of my wedding pictures.

    1. NO! its terrible, I was always so tall as a kid I would hunch to hide it because I felt like a weirdo, and now I cant break the habit! 2. Yes. There is a good posture exercise I do, in an open door put each hand on the frame, about shoulder lenght, and take 1 step thru it, and hold for about 30 secs, repeat like 10 times...plus its a good strech

I have really good posture but then again I had scoliosis surgery when I was younger and have to bars in my back so I don't really count - otherwise I would probably have awful posture!

I need to work on mine it used to be so much better when I was taking dance lessons or horseback riding lessons. One of my shoulders is ever so slightly lower because of scoliosis so I need to be aware of how I stand. I suppose its time to start working on some ab stuff to make my core stronger...

I don't have the best, but it's not bad or noticeable.I didn't work on it on purpose, but this class that has ballet/pilates techniques that I did helped my posture naturally and I really noticed a difference. I also think losing weight somehow helped, random.

My posture could use some work, I dont think it is noticable though.  I was just thinking about this on my drive into work today.  I need to start focusing on it.

When walking or standing yes it's good.  Thanks go to mom for her harassing me to stand up straight.

It's not great or bad. No, I am not intentionally working on it but I will try out that stretch Mye mentioned.

Mine is bad from being tall also and trying to hide it as well.  I recently started going to a chiro for back pain and it is actually slowly getting somewhat better.

the worst when home at my office... but i fake and have the best in public.

I agree with Alliecarrie.  As I went back on the knot and saw this post I was hunching over like quasi moto - not attractive.  Now I am sitting straight. LOL

I have the worst.  I too notice in pictures.  I have been trying to work on correcting it because i went to the doctor a couple of months ago and he called me out on it and said that that could be contributing to my migraines.

I have horrible posture, and tend to slouch when sitting or hunch over when standing.  Will need to work on that. :)

I used to have GREAT posture as I used to be a dancer (ballet, jazz, tap) for 13 years.  People would always comment that I must be a dancer because of my posture. I'm sure it's not as good as it used to be, but I don't think I slouch when I stand.

Honestly mine is not that bad. Plus I think better posture gives the illusion of looking thinner so I'm constantly trying to sit and stand straight.

I have very bad posture.  I didn't work on it before the wedding, but I did pay attention to it on the wedding day so I'm happy with the pictures.  My husband is slouching in most of them though!

i have the worst posture ever!! I really do think it has to do with my tatas and always being the tall girl in class.I am aware of it so when we took pics i made sure to straighten up but i haven't really worked on it.  They say good posture takes off lbs (well the illusion)...so i need to get on it!!

I have great posture - my boss is always saying how I sit so perfectly straight all the time that it must be uncomfortable... with the whole scoliosis thing - my friend in elementary school had it and it was awful she had to wear this HUGE brace all the time and everyone made fun of her and called her quasimoto (sp) I felt so bad and I think it subconsciously scarred me for good...because I never slouch...everrrr

Is scoliosis still tested in school?  How about lice?Just wondering, testing my age here.

My posture is pretty good, but I'm trying to make it better. It really does make you look skinnier! Jeanine: yes, they do scoliosis screenings in school. Our school nurse just sent out an email today about it.
