Looking for a wedding and reception venue in the Raleigh/Durham area

HELP!  Our son and future daughter in law are planning a late Feb 2011 wedding.  When then announced their plans, they characterized it as, "a small ceremony and a BIG party".  They've been together for several years, this is the second wedding for his fiance but the first (and hopefully only) wedding for our son.  While our son grew up in Durham, both he and his bride have just recently moved back to the RDU area and are looking to me for guidance on planning their wedding.  His bride has no familiarity with the area and is still learning her way back and forth to her job.  Since it IS a second wedding for the bride, and her parents feel they've already given her a wedding, they're not thrilled with shelling out big bucks for another ceremony.  I think everyone deserves their special day, and I want this to be special for them.  However, we've got TWO weddings to plan for 2011, so there is a limited budget.  They'd like to do the small ceremony in the round, there will probably only be about 50 guests, including the wedding party, and then a pig picking, and the big party.  I'd really like to have the freedom to use our own caterers and supply our own alcoholic beverages (I do believe this will be limited to beer and wine).  I expect there will also be dancing and a DJ.  Probably a nice community clubhouse would work best for the "Big" party...and might also work for the wedding ceremony itself.  If you have any suggestions on places to consider in the Durham, Raleigh, RTP or Granville County areas, they're pretty flexible on the location.  I've spent the last few weeks trolling websites....I don't know why I didn't come here first.  I know someone out there knows of the perfect place.  Please help!
