Idea other than a ring pillow

I was trying to think of something besides a ring pillow for the ring bearer to carry the rings down the aisle on.  Don't really have any idea what would be different and interesting, I'm just not fond of the little pillows.Thanks!

Ring bearers very rarely do that (usually little prop rings). If not, then he can just walk down the aisle and look cute.

Do you have a theme? Mine is birds and I was going to have my ring bearer bring the fake rings down the aisle in a birds nest. HTH

we're having ours carry a little silver trinket box for the rings instead of a pillow, that way i can keep the trinket box for other jewelry too. You can find tons of boxes online that are ornate or plain, metal, wood, or glass and embellished with anything you could want!

I was going to suggest a bible as well, thats what my sister did at her wedding. I don't know if you are religious or not... but it's an idea. (and the little guy felt more grown up carrying a bible instead of a pillow)

we used a ring dish (from etsy seller palomasnest) and it was exactly what I wanted (not frilly/froofy) but simple and more our style. PIB
