    Awww Cheryl I feel your pain I felt that way this weekend I had too much wine on Saturday night...I hope you are feeling better mentally and physically this morning and I will email you later with that info;)

    Irene - not sure why your having trouble sleeping.  I have been having allergies lately, but can't take benadryl during the day because it makes me too sleepy.  So. . . I have been taking it at night (I have also been having trouble sleeping) and it has helped me sleep better.  Just a thought :)

    Good Morning all. Happy Tuesday.  tvlirene- I totally feel you on the no sleep thing.. I swear I havent slept a full night in months.. I hate it and am too afriad to take sleeping pills..

    Kristin nyquil and benedryl make my heart race :( Danes I've crossed over to the dark side...ambien. I'm out and I try not to take it to often but it's sooo good.

    Liquid Nyquil did the same for me :(  I use benadryl or similar pill form.  That stinks - chamomile?
