Does it seem ridiculous that I have 4 days left until my RSVP date and 80 people yet to hear from?!?! And we didn't get ANY responses in the mail today! Am I way off in thinking that that number is way too high? Anyone else still have that many left to hear from so late?

    I know you must be frustrated.  I have 2 weeks left and I am getting frustrated. My mom told me that almost 1/2 the people responded on the last day for my shower.  I guess we live in a world of procrastinators.

    Yea, that sounds about right. We had a bunch of people put theirs in the mail on the actual RSVP date, so we got a whole slew a few days after the response date. I started email/texting/calling immediately with a "friendly reminder" though.

    yes, I had the same, I hadn't heard from around that amt the day of. I started emailing friends right away. Some people never responded and we already made our final payment. People are flakey and it's really annoying.
