NWR: quick lamb chop recipe?

anyone have a good quick and easy lamb chop rec?  I have them defrosted for when I get home, but have no idea how i'm going to cook them.

I usually make a thick rub with Garlic, sage, Rosemary, and olive oil.

I do very basic salt, pepper, and canola oil on each side and put it on a searing HOT grill pan for like 2-3 mins per side unless it's very thick cut.

I just put them in the broiler with salt, pepper, and parsley.
