Brie and mango quesadillas. Take a large flour tortilla, put some Brie on half of it, top with chunks of mango, fold tortilla and brush with a little olive oil. Put in a hot non stick frying pan, brown, flip over and brown the other side. Slice in 3's. Very easy and yummy.

Buy a package of cream cheese, two tubes of crescent rolls (the dough in the tube, from the dairy section of the supermarket) and a package of bacon. Cut each triangle of the crescent roll dough in half and put a dab of cream cheese in each one. Roll them up to cover the cream cheese, and then wrap about half a slice of bacon around them. Bake in the oven for however long the crescent roll tube says (usually about 10-15 minutes). Yum!

Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip  (I served them with Town House cornbread crackers... sooo good).  This recipe makes alot (for like 20ppl) 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup Ranch dressing 3/4 cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®) 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly.

Chili No Beans DipIn a round, glass serving dish, spread a full package of cream cheese (the one you buy in a rectangular box), then on top of the cream cheese layer spread a can of chili no beans (meat or turkey), on top of that put 3/4 of a bag of shredded cheese, any type you like.  Put in the oven or microwave until cheese in melted.  Serve with Tostitos!

tapande 1 can of black olives Half Jar (large one) of Spanish Olives 5 cloves of galic Olive Oil Parsely (fresh or dried) Chop black olives, spanish olives, and garlic cloves in chopper. You may want to do a little at a time, so it doesn't become to "mushy". Mix all together, drizzle olive oil, add some parsely and serve with crackers or tostitos.
