Reception Card Wording

A few months ago, i changed my wedding from a friday night to a saturday night reception. My invites originally said 'reception immediately following' - but now there will be a break in between the ceremony and reception. How do you word the reception card? Cocktail hour starting at 6, Reception starting at 7? Or just reception starting at 6:00? I have a lot of time to get this done, but while i'm bored sitting here, i figured i should be doing something productive! Thanks for the ideas!

We said "Please join us for dinner and dancing at..." People will know that there is a cocktail hour first, and if they don't it isn't a big deal. They just need to know where to go and when they should show up.
