bridgewater manor hotels

I know this has been asked, i even saved it, but I can't find it. Who did you go with? did they have or offer a separate room or table if your family wanted to eat breakfast together? (I think I remember someone saying the Marriott did that.) Did they have a shuttle?TIA!

There are three hotels - Sierra Suites, Bridgewater Marriot and I can't remember the name of the third one. They all have shuttles, but the Marriot requires a guarentee of 11 rooms booked under your block. Also, you are not guarenteed a suite at the Mariott since preference is given to those that have weddings there. You can reserve a table or room at the Marriot. I know Sierra has breakfast but I am not sure if you can block off a room I would ask them. I am staying at Sierra Suites. We could not guarentee the # of rooms for the Marriot in order to get the shuttle.

Summerfield Suites is the name of the 3rd.  They are the sister hotel to Hotel Sierra.  I did not like Summerfield though, because the only access to the rooms was from outside, and I worried about the wooden steps and how slippery if they got wet because of rain.  They also could not guarantee if I could put the grandparents on the bottom floor so I did not have to worry about them and the wooden steps and the rain.I ended up going with Hotel Sierra.  Beautiful.  Yes, they have a room that you can rent for breakfast.  It is connected to the general breakfast room, and has doors that close so your party is private.  Bride and Groom get their best room, and are given a room no matter how many rooms are blocked.  Same with the shuttle ride over.  No matter how many rooms are blocked.

I booked with the bridgewater marriott. They offered me complementary room with no minimum rooms blocked ( even though i blocked 15 rooms still ). You are also not responsible for any rooms not booked that you block which is good. They offer breakfast brunch the next morning, if you are getting married saturday night and are looking for a sunday brunch the woman told me they have a few options for us. We can A) put vouchers in the OOT bags that tell everyone to help themselves to the public brunch the next morning, no tabels reserved for just us though for 16.95 per head and we would pay per voucher received that morning. B) Book a a private room with a small brunch with just danishes and and other pastries ( not a full meal ) for the same price 16.95 per head or C) get a private room with full brunch pancakes, cereal, eggs, the works for like 29.99 per head. They offered us complementary shuttle service from 30 min before the ceremony till 30 min after the reception which was big and they have a bar/lounge in there that they will keep open till at least 2 am at my FIs request haha. Let me know if you would like any more info or the womans # who is in charge of my room block. Her name is Shainah and she is very very helpful.

I forgot to put Hotel reviews in my wedding reviews...please DO NOT book with Summerfield Suites. They were horrible. There was a huge convention type of thing of not very friendly people (around 150) of them. Their kids were screaming and peeing everywhere. My guests left the next morning since we could not hang by the pool. They also did not give out my OOT boxes properly. Some people received them and some didn't. DO NOT use Summerfield Suites.

We used Hotel Sierra and were very pleased. Breakfast (a buffet) was complimentary, the room prices were very reasonable, the place was SPOTLESS and they not only allowed us to use their great room/lobby as an after-party spot til 3AM (well, possibly longer, that's just how long we were awake) but for a hospitality area for our guests in between the ceremony & reception as well.
