Shouldn't it be chicken "fRomaggio" as in fromage, which is french for cheese?

Appetizer: Can you bump "Served over ..." to the next line? I would do:Grilled portobello, roasted tomato(es?) and fresh mozzarella (new line)Served over spring salad mix (new line)With lemon oil vinaigretteEntree: I think I would do a lower-case "o" for "Choice Of" (so "Choice of"). Add hyphens to Fire-Seared, Cornflake-breaded (do you need "cornflake" there? Can you just say "breaded"? I did a little double-take at that word because I thought of the cereal), and oven-roasted (in the potatoes description).I might add "Served With" or "Topped With" to the beef description, or even "Finished With":Coated with a roasted garlic crustServed with/Topped with/Finished with a sauce of wild mushroomsAnd a red wine demi glazeDessert Course: International ___ Table? Dessert, Coffee, Cordials? I'm assuming desserts, right? And I would also take out "Course" in the title since you don't have that for the other courses. This made me so hungry! Sounds delicious :)

The biggest thing that stands out to me is that the font for the titles of the dish are very similar to the font size of the descriptions and they seem to blend together too much for me. I would either make the font of the descriptions smaller or change the font all together so the title stands out. Also I think the font of 'Choice of' could be smaller as well, just seems to stick out to me.

(formaggio is correct-- it is Italian, not French.)"upon" should be lower case.Otherwise, I think mbcdefg just about covers it :)

Linz - I would think fromaggio, too, but that's how they have it listed, in 2 different menus I have from them. MB - awesome, I will definitely make these corrections. On the venue menu they have it listed as just international table, there will be coffees, teas, chocolate covered strawberries, fruit & chocolate fondue, and ice cream sunday station. Should I say international dessert table? Or maybe just dessert table?Seabass - I will have the fonts changed, thanksThanks everyone!

uppereast - thanks for clearing that up for me :) Do you remember Rachel, she lived on the 2nd floor in our dorm freshman year? She's my maid of honor. I'm pretty sure you lived on the 2nd floor, was it next to Nicole & Jen?
