    Woohoo! Congrats :) FI dl-ed it for me, and I hope to start soon.  I've been going to the gym in the meantime, and plan to do Shred on my off days from the gym.  Hopefully it'll have the same effect.  Had to take an off day yesterday b/c I was so sore from spin class.  That class is awesome, but the pain definitely settled in the next day. Hope everyone has an awesome day :)
