Videographer Vendor review...

Hello Ladies,

I recently got married in June. My husband and I used DJ Professionals and Video for our wedding for both videography and DJ services... DJ= wonderful. Well, we received our video and let me just say... my 4 yr old flower girl could have done a better job shooting our wedding. All I see are the backs of peoples heads, and a camera man with a VERY shaky hand. The samples we were shown were VERY professionally done, and we were excited to see our video. After watching the first 10/20 minutes of our video, I had to cut it off because it was making me nauseas with how jerky/shaky/unfocused the video was. We spent nearly 1800 for the video, and it wasn't worth the money at all! I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!

Oh no!  What did they say when you contacted them?

you definitely need to contact them, voice your complaints respectfully, and request at least a partial refund.

I have sent him MANY messages, and he keeps blowing me off. I received an email form him today stating, " I am aware of your concerns and the issues with your video, but we are in the middle of a very busy wedding season. We will have to handle your complaints/concerns when business slows down."

Their client list is online-- you just have to search by last names, I am VERY tempted to send their clients whose weddings are still to come a copy of the crap of a video they sent me.

Oh my gosh this really scares me! I have been in touch with Bay Leaf Videography and they were supposed to send me a sample copy of their work last week. I haven't seen it yet but I feel like all I hear about is how sketchy videographers are OR they are like $2000.

For those of you that have used one - anything I can do with the contract (i.e. not pay them the final amount until the final product is delivered?)
