It really is. I hate it and wish there was a magic button to make it all go away.  The affect that it'll have everywhere will is going to be / already is devastating!

I am getting married on the beach in 3 months.  But the thing that upsets me the most about that article is the picture.  I am on the verge of tears looking at it.  Gosh, it is so sad!  It really does make me wonder if there will be anything of a world for my children to see.

So sad. I just want to pray for a miracle.  I am lost for words when I read articles about this oil spill.

I'm getting married on the beach in three months too, and I'm so worried about that.   FI and I are watching a documentary on it now, it's so sad... something needs to be done, soon! I'm not sure why it's taking them so long between these "fixes" that they are trying, and I think BP should be doing more to clean up the spill.

    It's very sad )o:

I think the reason it's taking so long is that in the past 30 years since the last major rig spill, the oil companies invest more and more of their money into deep sea drilling and none of their money into fixing these accidents when they happen.  I really believe there needs to be a better way to hold this companies accountable.  We certainly don't allow Sharron Harris to operate their nuclear operations in the same manner!

The images of all the animals covered in oil really kill me... anyway, I am really bummed because well, not only is this devastating environmentally speaking, but we probably wont get to go to the beach this year because of it (I wont go if I cant go in the water..!)

The only way to really change things for good is to get off this addiction to oil that our country has.  So I am doing my part.  I am biking to work now (of course when it is so freaken hot).  We can all do little things to make a big difference!!
