Anyone have Pre-Cana tomorrow?

Ours is tomorrow. I can't find the letter they sent us, d'oh! My e-mail registration says that it starts at 10:15 a.m. ... I remember the letter said something about breakfast, but I don't remember if we should get there starting at 10:15 for breakfast, or if the session starts at 10:15. We also have to write each other a letter before tomorrow.

    I was supposed to go today in kenilworth, but rescheduled so mike wouldn't miss A.C. I think the letters are all different depending on where you go though, so I don't think looking at mine will help much. Sorry!

    Thanks for responding! I figured we'd just get there for about 9:30 to be safe. If we're only supposed to get there at 10:15, we can just go find a Dunkin Donuts or something. Another question, please - what exactly did it consist of? FI is joking around that he doesn't want to spend all day sharing his feelings with people. Did you do a lot of talking, or a lot of listening to others speak, or a mix?

    Well, you don't really share too much with anyone besides your own S/O.  Any sharing outside of you and your Fi is your own choice.  The one I went to had some listening to speakers on various topics related to marriage (holidays, family, kids, sex, etc).  We did a few q&a/talking sessions with your Fi, and we ended up with a mass.  Pretty painless, DH actually enjoyed it (more than I did if I must be honest).  Hope it is painless for you!

    We did a mix.  The couples running it all took a different topic, and talked about what they do in their relationship.  We then broke into our little groups, talked about it, then worked in our work books.  We did that the entire time...but we wrote the letters to each other during the pre-cana.  And ours started at 9:30.  We got there at 9:15, and it was plenty of time to register and have a cup of coffee, fresh fruit and a muffin.

    mine today was exactly like what 30may said. Very painless and I kinda enjoyed it. FI is not Catholic and he even said it wasn't bad. We were let out 2 hrs ahead of schedule!

    Our letters were based on "Why do I want to spend the rest of my life with you".
