If I had it in my budget, I would do them.  If I did not, I wouldn't be upset that I couldn't.

not sure...imo, i think chair covers have a tendancy to look messy.  how about chivari chairs?

Agree with Erika.  Gold Chivari or the current chairs.  After u sit in the cover it gets all wrinkled and doesnt look as nice as it did when u first came in.

good point about the wrinkling.. i dont know if we can do the chivari.  the "budget" idea went out the window but i think i would rather put that money towards room lighting or something along those lines.

    no covers =)

I wouldnt. I'm not a fan of them and I can't believe how pricey they are. My venue had similar chairs that are white. Day of I had chair covers on.....but I think they just got them in and they through them in for me. I could have done without them though.

I had chair covers, but I did not pay for them.  They didn't look messy at all though and didn't wrinkle so i think it definitely depends on the type of covers the venue uses also.

I think those are nice looking chairs. I wouldn't cover them.

I wouldn't because I think it's a lot to rent them....and most people probably wouldn't even notice. Those chairs are simple and plain enough that they don't have to be covered.

I say do them. Most chairs that venues have are very ugly. My venue had hunter green flowery chairs. I had to get them covered.

i honestly don't think anyone is going to say, great wedding, but ugly chairs :)

I think they look fine on their own, so I would not get covers personally. Plus, the room will look SO different once everyone is seated.

I probably wouldn't.  The carpet is busy enough that the chairs are kind of lost anyway, and as others pointed out, chair covers get messy looking as the night goes on anyway.

i notice chair covers normally bc they look ugly, however, i never notice ugly chairs! they just kind of blend in...

those chairs are fine, don't waste the money.  Plus they have the potential that older people can trip on them.

Again, not that it's really that important or that it will be noticed, I would definitely get chair covers or chaviari chairs if you can wing it. The chairs aren't ugly really though just NMS. I would say lots of flowers (which you have), lighting or lots of candles and dim lighting. You are using golds which will go lovely with the room. Macaluso's is great...amazing CH! You will love it:)Thanks for the compliment!

:) Yes, that's it. IMO they are a bit outdated. Will people notice? Most likely not. I would though and that's something I never cared for. However, the room will look nice either way!
