restaurant rec?

My one yr anniversary is Monday (I cant believe it!)  and I am sick of my normal restaurants. Any recs for restaurants that are nicer but not super expensive for an anniversary dinner?  Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer County preferred.  Maybe parts of ocean county.

I second Catherine Lombardi's in New Brunswick. Also, if you're not celebrating on the actual day and waiting until the weekend, New Brunswick has these Friday Night Date Night specials at a bunch of the restaurants in the area.  For example, the new steakhouse (Steakhouse 85) has a special for a 3 course meal and a bottle of house wine for $100.  All of the specials are listed on newbrunswickrocks.com But again, it's only for Friday night, so if you're planning on going out on Monday it wouldn't work (but something to think about for another occassion!)
