I thought I might have the pricing info on me, but I don't.We are not having our wedding there, but it was one of our top 3 sites. First, it's a *beautiful* space and Ben, who runs it, was super helpful as we were trying to make our decision. The thing with it for us was that there was the pp fee, but then there were many other costs (or so it seemed to us). First, I believe there was a site fee. Also, the price does not include alcohol. Ben works with someone, though, and you just pay for what you need, but it's one of those things that could run $8 more pp or $16... depends on what your people drink. You have to add service fee/gratuity/tax, etc. And, because it's in the middle of Newark, you need to pay for parking and really need to hire a valet as well, unless  you really want your elderly relatives hiking from the parking garage. In the end, it all ended up being too much for us, when put all together. But I still think it's a great choice.

beautiful space but we were turned off b/c the bathrooms are not on the same floor as the party and my band leader pointed out that the acoustics would be a big problem.

We hired their in-house DJ. Even after we looked into other DJ's.  One of the DJ's we met with pointed out the same thing as a PP said w/ the acoustics.  Its a non-issue if you have a DJ that knows what he's doing.

It's a great venue and it was one of my top three choices.  But as pp said, the fact that a lot of separate fees added up, FI and I chose another venue. It's definitely a beautiful venue & a great family runs it.  Ben is really great!
