1 and 2 night hotel stays..help with STD

i am gearing up to send out STD's and i need help wording..so we have two options for hotels, one that only offers 2 night stays (where the actual reception is) and one that offers 1 night stays. How do i word this? I have a general idea of who is planning to stay only 1 and who is staying 2 but i think the idea of splitting up the hotel information is silly cause i'm not 100% sure. i don't want it to be too wordy. i was thinking "for those of you looking to enjoy 2 nights with us, please contact ....." and "for those of you looking to enjoy 1 night with us please contact ....."also we will be making a wedding website so iwas going to say something along the lines of "for more information please visit..."WDYT?

How about:For your convenience, rooms have been blocked at XX (which requires a two-night minimum) and YY (no minimum required). Then just give the address/rate/phone numbers for both.

Oh I didn't realize it was for STDs. I did include hotel info with mine, on a separate card. If you're going to mention the hotels and talk about minimum stays, I think it'd be pretty weird not to give the rest of the info as well. Otherwise don't mention the hotels at all.

as far as the rates go, the hotels have different levels of rooms so there are lots of different rates (example: if my friends want to chip in for a townhouse)its difficult cause we are getting married in a beachside community so its not like theres a chain hotel nearby where everything is kind of uniform..ya know?

We had the room prices on our hotel cards. The hotel gave them to me with it printed on there.

I wouldn't include hotel info ON the STDs, but WITH them if you want (or not mentioned at all).If the rates aren't uniform, then I'd direct them to a place where they can find them all--either on your Web site or the hotel's Web site I guess. Although that's not super helpful for people who aren't Internet-savvy.

just put your wedding website on the STD and have the info on it in full detail.

We included the hotel info and the rate with our STD because we negotiated a special rate for our block and we wanted to make sure people got that rate. If your room block contract doesn't have a specific price on it then I don't think you need to include the rate with the hotel info.
