Blue theme wedding anyone??

is anyone else doing a blue themed wedding?  my main color is going to be cornflower blue, with silver and yellow accents. just curious if anyone else is doing something similar.. maybe we can exchange some ideas!

I did. All my paper items were blue/black/white, linens were white with black, girls dresses, guys vests were blue. The ONLY place I brought in the yellow what with flowers. Mine and the girls bouquets were mostly white with some yellow, and the CPs were white, yellow, and blue.

My bridesmaids' dresses were a touch lighter than navy blue with an ivory sash. We had some blue accents, like ribbon around the unity candle, blue wrapped candy on the candy buffet, things like that. Flowers were shades of pink and green with a bit of ivory. The bright combination really popped against the dark dresses. We got married in January, less than 2 weeks after Christmas, so the dark blue was, IMO, tied into a winter-y feel as opposed to doing something like red and green for Christmas.

I am doing light blue and ivory. BM dresses are light blue. Flowers are ivory roses and blue hydrangea. I'm still working out paper details and decorations, but I envision hints of light blue so that it doesn't overpower everything.

as you can see I did cobalt blue and yellow.. My girls wore blue and their flowers were muted yellow light blue and white.. My bouquet was bright yellow bright blue and white.. Our centerpieces had alternating blue and yellow flowers.. Our invitations had blue, our menus were blue and our programs were blue and yellow.. If you want some pics I can email them to you
