NWR: ESL teacher certification

Hey ladies - Haven't been knotting in awhile but just wanted to see if anyone on here is a certified ESL teacher. I have my elementary teaching certification but am trying to also get certified in teaching ESL. According to the NJ Dept of Ed it seems that I just have to pass the OPI and WPT exams (in English). Does anyone know if this is correct?  Thanks :)

I'm dual certified to teach Spanish and ESL K-12....but in NY.  If you have any questions re: NY State certification, I'll be able to help!
