Non-denominational minister in northwestern NC

Having trouble finding a non-denominational minister that will perform an outdoor ceremony with no premarital counselling requirement in the Boone NC area. Anyone found something similar to that?

    We are getting married in Boone in May and are using Sandie from High Country Ministers.  They are very professional and do not require pre marital counseling.  I also contacted Blue Ridge Ministers and they seemed to be equally flexible but Sandie from High Country Ministers was a better fit for us.
