Opinions?

First, I'll apologize for a ridiculous question, but which layout do you like best for an invite? My invites are longways 4.5 x 6.5. (PIB)orI priced them both out, and it's a 5 dollar difference. I thought I would just do the cheaper option, but it's really the same price once I priced it all out.

If your invites are longways don't you have to do option 1?

No, both of them can fit on the envelopes posted. They are longer horizontally, if that explains it better. On the first pic, it's turned on it's side but if you point the flap up, that's how it would read and the inserts would be below. On the second one, it's positioned correctly and the inserts would be on the right.

Oh Ok If they are longer horizontally I would choose option 2. I like it when the pocket is on the side rather than having everything straight up and down.

Thats what I was thinking too, but then I second guessed myself.

I would use option 1. While I also prefer the insert cards on the side vs the bottom, with option 2, your largest insert card can only be 5"x5". If you're having a map insert, or need four inserts (response, reception, accomodation, map/directions), could be tricky getting them to line up properly or get all the info on the cards. Why not do mockups of the insert cards for both styles and decide which you like better?

The sale is going on through the 15th. I have a mock up of a different pocketfold in my bio. But only 3 inserts. Wasn't thinking of a map...

Jaime, I think I have a whole crap load of A7 envelopes (I think they are A7 i would have to check at home)I bought them off someone but they were too small, would have helped if I measured first.Anyway, if you need I'll give them to you shipping would be the only cost unless you're coming home soon.
