Church "Donation"

My priest is coming to another church to marry us. I know it's ultimately up to me and what we can afford, but I was curious as to what the average is and/or highs and lows. Thanks!

    Our church fee was $200 and we tipped the priest another $100.

    Our church fee won't go to him so I thought $100 was a little low. My mom said it's too much...but she's reserved when she's trying to save me money so I don't trust her.

    Our priest told us his "fee" was $200. The church fee is $500.

    Our church fee is $850, which includes the use of the church and payment for the organist and cantor. I think we will give him $150, but that's really up to FMIL since she offered to pay for the church fees and stuff.

    My total fee was $825 which included the church contribution, the organist and the sexton.

    i had my family priest (married my parents, my aunt and uncle and baptized me) come to al's church to marry us.  we tipped the priest 200 or 250 (can't remember the exact amount) and did not give a donation to the church.
