Hey Girls, Just wanted to share this in case anyone is interested. It is SO MUCH FUN!!!! http://www.sheckys.com/holiday/nyc/winter2009/It's basically a shopping event, with unlimited alcohol, and an awesome goody bag. I've gone a bunch of times with my girlfriends. (its really only girls at the event) They have all they cute 'boutique-y' vendors with all kinds of fun stuff, jewelry, purses, clothes, hair stuff, etc. They set up tables so you go around shopping and then they have sponsors (beer and alcohol) that gets passed around all evening, and then you even get a goody bag with tons of free stuff. All for $15! The alcohol more than pays for the ticket price. They're doing a Holiday event this time so it's always fun to go into the city around the Holidays. I know I've really enjoyed it with my friends so just thought I would share with you gals!! :-) ~Rach

why does the good stuff happen when i'm pregnant???!!! grrr.... sounds awesome though! I'd probably spend all my money drunk!!

i've been to a few of them. i think it can depend on what night and what time you go. it can be crowded in when it starts so we usually go in later. i always go with my best friends so we usually have a fun adventure together and then going out to dinner afterwards in the city is always great. i think it's a fun night for $15 but that's just me

I went once and it was so jam packed it was uncomfortable. Also, I felt most of the stuff was overpriced and the items handed out and in the bag were not worth the line and hassle.
