Thanksgiving plans?

What's everyone doing? My step daughter and "the" boyfriend that we haven't met yet are coming in from Cali and I'm cooking for 13 people.

I am hosting my family and D's family, there will be about 20 people - I am excited

i wish we had the space to host, but we don't.  we will be going to my aunt and uncle's in mass.

My in laws are going to be hosting and my parents are coming over, so is my brother with his gf.....For Christmas I'm going to Cuba!!! I'm so excited

Thursday: dinner at my parents'. It'll be us, my parents, DH's parents, aunt, cousin (2), cousin's bf (1). 10 people total. Saturday: long nebulous lunch/dinner at DH's parents. It'll be us, my parents, DH's parents, DH's aunt and uncle, DH's 3 cousins. 11 people total. DH's aunt works at a casino/hotel in AC and always has to work Thanksgiving Day so we celebrate 2 days later.

FI and I are going to my mom and dad's with my grandfather and 3 chinese exchange students from Seton Hall Univ and one of their boyfriends. My mom decided to invite the "orphans" from the school when she throught FI and I would be going to his family. Should be an interesting night.....at least one of them barely speaks english and they are all visiting scholars and Drs.

Next weekend we are going to my IL's house to celebrate with them all. Thanksgiving we will be at my parents with my family.

Well- my thanksgiving starts with "friendsgiving" on wednesday- a group of my friends and i have gone out to eat every day before thanksgiving since high school... it has since turned into a drinking fest- one of the best nights of the year. thursday i will prob split the day up between FILs house and then my aunt/uncles house and friday is my shopping day then the lighting of the tree in red bank. best weekend!

I wish we could host!  We have no room in our apt.  This year MH and I will be spending Thanksgiving dinner with his parents, then meeting up with my mom, dad & sisters for pie and dessert.  It's the first year MH and I spending are the entire day together.

partymix~ last turkey day was the first one al and i spent together.  the previous years were spent sperarely, but now that we are married, holidays are a package deal

Nothing! I think I might be going out or just having a small turkey with my mom sis bil and niece, Dan hasn't decided, but since its the day before I don't know how still ill be able to keep myself lol

Going to my parent's house early in the day and having dinner there, then to my SIL's house for dessert and drinks in the evening.

We alternate Thanksgiving and Easter between our families. This year it's Thanksgiving with MH's family, and Easter with mine. We usually make it a point to visit my family for the weekend close to whatever holiday they don't "get" us for. MH's family lives around the corner, so we always see them.

FI and I are headed to my family's vaca home in the Poconos. My family has this huge dinner there with like 25 people every year. Then midnight Black Friday shopping at the outlets.

Since my husband can't eat and is in no condition to celebrate I was going to boycott Thanksgiving. But, his sisters convinced me not to and we decided that they and their families (and his mom) and my parents will come over to visit with him and then we are all going out to dinner. I did what I make best --- Reservations for 20!!! None of us are in a celebratory mood, nor do any of us feel like cooking this year....so we'll let someone else do all the work and cleaning!! We are most thankful my husband will most likely still be with us that day.

My parents have a timeshare in Williamsburg, VA where we go for Thanksgiving every year.  I think FI will be with his parents at their place in the Poconos.
