We are using pomanders to hang from the pews in the church and then transporting them to the reception to use as centerpieces (we would take the ribbon off).  Here is our trial run.  Please let me know what you think!  Any suggestions are appreciated! TIA

    I think they look great but one suggestion for the centerpieces: Maybe you could find vases that aren't so tall. I think it would look better if they were lower. Maybe it's because it's a big pomander and a big vase, so it looks a little odd to me.

    Those are beautiful!  Are they made of tissue paper or flowers?  It's hard to tell from the pics.  You did a great job with them!  Congrats!

    I think they look great but I would probably get a more slender vase for the cp.

    The pomanders look great, but the vase you're using makes it look really tiny.

    I would either use a tall cylinder that's about half the width of the pomander like this:



    Or use a short square vase like this:



    By they way, I love that color combination!

    Super cute! I agree that a skinnier vase would look better. It doesn't necessarily need to be taller, but taller would be nice too. Have you thought of doing some tall CPs and some short ones? Some people do that and it looks very nice. Great work! And way to be on your A-game....planning CPs with 7 months to go! I'm just starting to work on them an I have 4 months -- ahhh!!

    i think you should fill the vases with something (like the picture that has the black stones in it).  Do you have a coordinating color?  Maybe fill it with something natural in that color like rocks or something along those lines :)

    I love the pomanders but I do think that some tall slender vases and shorter ones would look absolutely gorgeous!!! The colors are great and the flowers are great, i'm sure whatever idea you choose will be gorgeous!!
