    My venue recommended us to ask our florist, we are using Santos, I haven't looked into it yet.

    I'm using cloth connection for my linens/napkins. I'm using party rental ltd (pink hippo ppl) for my other rentals but classic party rental is also great.

    We used Paul David Partywares in Shrewsbury.  They have a huge showroom where they will set a full table for you, (and they will negotiate price!)  They did an amazing job for us, and I highly recommend them!
