Those with Pocketfold Invites

I am wondering about the envelopes. Did you put the pocketfold into one envelope, and then stuff that envelope into the mailing envelope?   I am asking because I thought on the inner envelope you were suppose to write Mr. Michael Smith & Date, or whoever the invite was for, or am I wrong?  What did you gals do or planning to do?

We are not going to have an inner envelope with our pocketfold.  It will just go right into the mailing envelope.

we just put the pocketfold in the outer envelope.  No need to have an inner envelope with a pocketfold invite.

We did pockets and did not have an inner envelope. But, on the tab the holds the pocket closed we had our guests' names printed, so it read "Mr. and Mrs. Smith".

No inner...defeats the purpose of the pocketfold IMO

I didn't double envelope my invites. Just the outer with the invitee(s) and address.

I just didnt do inner envelopes. The pocketfold to me is an envelope, so it just seemed unnecessary to have another one. I put and guest or the guests name on the outer envelope.

I didn't bother with an inner envelope because your pocketfold holds everything together so I didn't see the need. Our outer envelope said the name of who was invited.

Inner envelope is unnecessary, IMO.  It was cleaner without it.  We also put the names of the invited on the outside.  There were only a few tricky situations where we had to go somewhat against etiquette to get all the invited on the envelope, but I highly doubt anyone noticed.

Same as seabass. No inner and the tab has the guests names on it.
