Tea Party Bridal Shower in Monmouth County?

Any ideas of places to host a tea party bridal shower in Monmouth County (or some what close to the Middletown area)?  I'm thinking places that serve brunch would work better.  For approximately 50 people, trying to keep it $35pp or less.  TIA!

Ocean Grove has a few places as well that I think are very reasonable and have a better ambiance: http://www.lillagaard.com/tea_room.html and http://www.tranquilgardentearoom.com/Events.html are good ones to check out.
