Has anyone worked with them for anything? I'm thinking about going with them but wanted to get any information / reviews about your experiences with them. Let me know what you used them for, and how it all turned out.

    I have no personal experience but most of the reviews for it on here are bad.

    My sister used them and her pictures are kind of blah.  She never met her photog until the day of the wedding.

    I've heard okay (only okay, not necessarily good) things about their DJ services.  I hear only awful things about their photography.

    I wouldn't use a "wedding center" for anything. Find people who actually specialize in their trades, not a jack of all trades/master of none.

    I would stay away from Lamar. Why spend 1,000 on crappy pictures.....

    i went to meet with them, just cuz it doesnt hurt to check things out & I was not impressed..they are just a middle man..yes their prices are good, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for.  Their pictures looked just regular nothing special (& the only pics they have are in the albums) & you wouldnt be able to meet your photog before hand..I think just a phone conversation if memory serves me correctly...& as someone mentioned above..I think it's better to go to a vendor who specializes in their trade..go0od luck! Smile

    I went there for the same reason.... it doesn't hurt to check things.  But their puctures were not good... the album samples they showed us.  And to meet the photographer to have a CONVERSATION they would charge us 75 dollars!!!!
    We gave up right away.

    My friend went with Lamar for her wedding this past summer and they also did he e-pics. I would say that there pics are very blah and generic. It is better just to pay the extra money and meet with your photographer. I think wedding pics should tell the story or your day and have some sort of artistic flair I didn't see that in the pics from my friends wedding.
