hair salon help!

Hi everyone,

I had a consult scheduled at David Michael Studio in N. Jersey for my 9/25 wedding.  Turns out the 3 stylists that do wedding hair are either booked are on vacation (I found this out after I already had a consult booked) -- so I am frustrated and back at square one... time is ticking.  Does anyone know of any good salons near the Garfield area that do wedding hair?  I would also need someone to do my bridesmaids as well.  They would need to be able to travel to the hotel and ready to go very early in the morning.  Any recommendations would be extremely appreciated!

    I'm using Michelle Lo Conte/Pink Comb Salon and have been very happy so far. I had a trial with her for hair and makeup and loved it.

    I can't help w/ the salon...but I stalked and saw you're getting married @ The Venetian, me too!
    What room are you in? I'm having flower dilemmas...

    @wagerndi - we're in the large ballroom (guess it's technically the smaller room) - we're using Crest Florist - going in August to see how they'd setup the table.  Is that who you are using?

    We haven't met w/ anyone just yet cause I'm really stuck on what I want, thankfully we have some time, our wedding's in Feb.  We're in the Palazzo (the larger room) and I really don't want tall flower centerpieces, but that's all I see in that room and I guess it technically looks the best. Ideally I would like low candle/mirror ones, but I feel they'll get lost in the size of the room, and I like the branch idea w/ hanging tea lights too, but they seem to cost a fortune and I don't think it "goes" with the room...

    KZW Hair Design - she lives in Manalapan phone 973-668-9837 email is zangel@aol.com. she just did my trial (the 3rd one) and I booked her.  She is really nice all she does is bridal hair she will travel.  Her name is Kim.  Good Luck!

    Wagner-- we do our company gala every year @ Venetian, last year was the first year in the Palazzo.  We did tall and short on alternating tables.  Looked great and it's probably what we will do again.
