The Empire Club in Little Ferry

Has anyone been there for an event? My SIL met with someone there and their prices seem reasonable for a one event at a time facility. They also remodeled recently. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

I had my wedding there in October.  It was fantastic.  Not one single problem(that I'm aware of anyway). The food was fantastic. Any other questions let me know.

That was the first hall we checked out.

We really liked the manager we met with (Chris); you seemed to get a lot of food/amenities for the price and they seemed very willing to change the menu around to your liking and adjust the pricing a bit; we really liked the bar setup; we checked it out in the spring so the bridal suite renovations (right?) weren't done yet but it looked like it'd be nice. My mom was there for a shower earlier this year and she said the food and service were good and it seemed like a nice place.

But we're expecting about 150 people and the room seemed like it might be a bit small for our group. We also didn't like that the only outside grounds to speak of was basically a backyard and it faced the surrounding neighborhood. And we came from the Jersey City area so we had kind of a weird commute when we were around Rt. 3 and the Meadowlands because of all the construction ... that certainly isn't the Empire Club's fault, but our ceremony is in JC so we were afraid that guests might have a hard time getting around the Meadowlands construction if it's not done by April.

If it was a bit bigger and if it had more outside grounds, I think we would've very seriously considered booking it. I really did like it aside from those points.

I've been there for a Sweet 16 and graduation parties in the past. The food was good and it's only one event at a time which was great.

We didn't check it out for our wedding because we wanted somewhere with an outdoor space which they didn't have. But overall, I think it's nice.

We checked out the facilty and the updates are really nice (especially the bar area).  Supposedly they are redoing the entrance and putting in a fountain in January. We liked it but wanted more of a garden area, but the prices are reasonable and they give you a lot. Never been to an actual event there though.

I know a bride who had all of her cash tip money stolen out of her purse in the bridal suite there.  Make them give you a safe.

Other than that, its a great value for the money.

Was this before they had the actual bridal suite?  Because that other room anyone could have walked into.
