Guest List Template

Does anybody have a simple guest list template to share? I am looking for something that will make my life easier when doing the invitations. TIA, Jen

I did mine in excel with a different column for Last Name, First Name, Title, Street Address, Town, State, Zip, as well a row for # of adults and # of kids invited.  When I started getting responses I made the rows for # of adults and kids attending.

In the Title column, a married couple was "Mr. & Mrs.", and if they had kids I added & Family to the last name. Single couples bringing a guest were for example "Mr." in the title column, "Steve" in the first name column and then "Smith & Guest" in the last name column.  That way when you do the regular mail merge, you dont have to combine people if you listed them separately.  And I used this same list, with names only, for the table cards.  The only complication is when they have kids sitting separately, then I had to add those to the list and update the "& Family" last names. Hope this makes sense!

i created one with guest names - number invited - number attending - addresses - if the rsvp recieved - coming or not - bridal shower gift recieved - thank you sent - wedding gift recieved - thank you sent

when the number invited/attending and rsvp info is inputted i have a calculation at the top of my excel so that you can see all info at once instead of scrolling down.

i also broke it down by "whose guest" the guests were simply because FI & I are only paying for our guests while our parents are paying for their own, just simplified the "who pays how much" part - but that can be taken out.

I have on that I made in excel which is pretty basic. It is guest name, address, relation to the couple, STD sent, Invitation sent, RSVP. Pretty basic. It works for me.
