Invitation Assembly Question

I purchased our invitations from cards and pockets and I'm ready to assemble. What is the best material to use to adhere a panel card to the invitation to create a layered invite? There will be a layer of ribbon in between, wrapping around the back.

I was going to ask this on the Invites & Paper board but I wanted to ask you girls first.

Most people use 2 sided tape like a tombow adhesive runner or glue dots.  Both are available in the scrapbooking section of michaels.

use "Glue Dots" glue lines.. Thats what we are using for mine.. and My sister uses it for a bunch of other invites that she has made and found it works the best. ACMoore carries it.

I just an ATG tape gun i purchased years ago that is pretty permanent that you can purchase from mygatsby.com. I swear by this thing :) its the best thing out there!

THis is what I use for all my clients when assembling their (and mine) wedding invites :)

I used the glue lines (from glue dots) to assemble my layered panel card invites.  I also have a ribbon that wraps around to the back and I found the glue lines were narrow enough for the ribbon I was using.
