    I'm not sure what it's called, but there's a pretty little park with a lake near the intersection of Mt. Bethel Road and Mountain Blvd (you would turn left onto Mountain if you are coming south down the hill on Mt. Bethel).  Further along Mountain into Watchung is Watchung Lake.  HTH!
