Should I include my fiance's name on the save the date envelope?

I did. I did our last names and the address where we live togehter
Example:

Smith/Brown
1 Street Road
New York, NY 10030

In the return address?  We bought a personalized return address stamp and it was awesome.

We did. The save the date was from us, and our invitation was from my family.
