Ring Bearer and Flower Girl Thank Yous

I am trying to write out all my Thank you cards and I just got to the Ring Bearer and have no idea what to write.  How do you write a thank you to a 5 year old?  Can anyone tell me what they wrote, or maybe even a cute poem or something?  I am so clueless as what to write.

Peaches- how about you?  Being that you did write the "thank you" for my OOT of guest bags.....hahaha.....thanks again for that BTW.

If he's just learning to read, I'd personally keep it very short and simple so that he can read it himself, or at least try to. And I would print your letters instead of using script handwriting.

I think he will just get a big kick out of receiving a piece of mail just for him, especially if it's in printed handwriting and in words he can maybe read on his own, so address the envelope to just him and not a joint note/envelope with his parents. (My 16 year-old cousin actually got a big thrill out of receiving her own invitation, instead of being tacked on with her parents!)

We didn't have any kids in the wedding, but if it were me I think I'd write something like, "Dear Ryan, Thank you for being a part of our wedding! We were happy to have you there and you did a great job! We hope you had fun! Love, X and Y."

I think a poem would be lost on such a small kid. (I also think a poem would be lost on an adult, actually :P)

I totally agree with Mbcd. At 5, he'll be thrilled to just get mail all to his big boy self. I'd even throw in a sticker or a little drawing (maybe a star or a smiley).
