I signed up for weekly employment posting emails from Rutgers a few years ago and just never unsubscribed from them. I usually delete them right away, but I just happened to open a few up today and it seems like they consistently have several PR and media-related jobs available. It might be worthwhile to just get your name on the email list and maybe something will come your way.
