The Manor girls: Sorry, another question for you...

FI and I are going to make a reservation for our tasting dinner using the gift coin soon.  I noticed on their new menu that they've added prime rib and filet mignon as two other meat choices in addition to the chateaubriand they always had.

FI and I aren't a fan of their chateaubriand and since the filet mignon is $5 extra we're considering the prime rib.  Have any of you had it there?  Is it worth even ordering at our sampling dinner or should we skip over it and just go with the chateaubriand for our wedding?  I know that generally chateaubriand is considered better quality, but we didn't like it because it's sliced into such thin pieces and it wasn't as juicy as we anticipated.
