hi!!! I got married on June 25th and I wanted to give you my feedback on some of my vendors, as I looked at everyone's feedback when it was my turn to make some decisions.
WESTMOUNT COUNTRY CLUB- OMG! There is no better place for a wedding than this hall! I looked at over 30 places & they were all the same, same menu, same old decor... this place I found last on some random website & promised my parents it was the last place we were going to look before taking a short break on traveling far & near to find a perfect place. Well, as soon as we pullled up, I knew this had to be the place. The Continental Room was my first choice due to the amount of people we were having & the amazing atmosphere & feeling i had when i walked into this room. The cocktail room with the white piano, white leather couches, the outdoor garden; all reason enough to know this was much different than anywhere I have been or seen in a wedding. As
ide from the decor, the food & service was beyond amazing the night of our wedding. We (along with our families) were catered to & given everything we wanted & more. Our guests had an amazing time & we are still hearing great things about our wedding. There is nothing greater than walking out of an event, knowing you worked so hard on planning every detail- & it was all enjoyed & loved by all. I recommend this reception hall to anyone who wants to think outside of the box & is fortunate enough to have some financial help/money saved up. It may not be a cheap wedding, but its definitely worth every single penny. Anthony was our catering manager who is also part owner with his family members & I give him credit for a great job all around. I wish I could replay the day one more time, b/c I loved every single second of it.
Jaynee's Party- Got my invites from her & my party truck for after the wedding. She is very easy to deal with & has amazing work. Definitely recommend her, she is a doll! USE HER!!
Matt @ Atlas- One of the funniest guys I ever met, so awesome to work with, doesnt even need all the pictures printed, just give him an idea of what you want & he will create it 100times better than you could have ever imagined. He did alot of my decor for the reception & there isnt one thing i would change- A+ work, would definitely use again if I could. Not as expensive as people say, you get what you pay for.. if you want a 100dollar centerpiece, you cant expect it to look nice? USE HIM!!
Carrolls Florist in Staten Island- Never again! I asked for pink & white flowers for my bouquet, I got pink & yellow. My groom was supp to have white flower & his guys with pink-- the delivery guy showed up with pink flower for the groom and white for the groomsmen? My girls were supp to have white-white flowers with pink, they had yellow & pink? What was the point of finalizing everything if it was going to be all wrong. Oh right, to collect my money. DONT USE!!
Romantique Limos in Staten Island-the best!! Air conditioned, drinks were cold, felt safe & got us where we needed to be in perfect amount of time!! USE!
Gallery on Manor in Staten Island- Lisa is the best at what she does! She did my decor for my sweetheart table, table seating chart, programs, save the dates.. she is detail oriented & loves what she does!! USE HER!
