could you tell me more about the winery tour? we are having a lot of family come from out of state & out of the country. i would love to plan something like that for them. where exactly did you visit?

    SURE...it was SUCH a fun day, happy to share.

    We used the Party Ride (like I mentioned)...they picked us up in midtown around 9:00am.  We had people coming from Jersey, NYC and the outer boroughs, so midtown was a great meeting point.  It takes about 2 hours to get out to the vineyards from midtown.  We had a great time on the bus getting there, bring your ipods and champagne!!!! 

    We were scheduled to go to Martha Clara Vineyard, Osprey Dominion, and Jamesport...we only made it to the first 2.  When we stopped at Osprey there was a live band and everyone was having so much fun that we decided to stay there.  I packed a big picnic lunch for everyone and we set up our picnic at Osprey.  Some companies offer a tour that includes lunch, but packing lunch was much cheaper.

    The ride home was a blast as well.  One piece of advice, I would get the extra hour (we had the 8 hour package and JUST made it back in time).  Let me know if you need any other details...and I hope you do wind up doing it, it was a great day for our family and friends!
