He went to a strip club in AC as part of his BParty. Whatevs. (I barely have boobs, so he might as well see them somewhere! LOL j/k)
We had a "lookie / no touchie" sort of understanding. 
No strippers for me.... not my thing.
I trust him 1,000%...

H didn't want strippers at his Bach Party, but I wouldn't have cared either way.  As for me, NOPE, male strippers creep me out.

I've been to MANY batchelor parties.  I have only been to two that didn't involve strippers.  The rest ranged from tame to wild to, holy crap I can't believe I am seeing this.  Of those, there were only 2 where the groom "looked" but didn't get a dance.  I will stop here but if you want more info and details, ask away.

I am sure FI will go to a strip club.  They have done it for all of his friends.  They end up going for like 30 minutes to an hour and then they leave.  One of his bestmen loves going to strip clubs for bach parties so I am sure they will go.  I trust him 100% so I am not worried.  He said that he has more fun watching the way his friends act.

As for me no strippers!  Just dinner, drinking and dancing is all I want.

Yeah, sometimes it's more for the bridal party.  I have been to a few where they were not in the plans, but we ended up at them after the groom got blasted.

A definite no for mine, as for his I know he doesn't want them, but who knows what his Best Man will conjure up for his bach party. Either way I trust him to only window shop.

Male stripper are not for me. As for Fi, I don't think he like stripper either,and if he has them it well be more to please his buddies. Either way i don't care.

I'm fine with him going to the strip club, but I don't like the idea of them hiring private strippers to come to the party. That's where I think the line gets blurry. Is that true in your experience, User876? Also, if a groom gets a 'dance' does that mean he touches them? Wow, what happened at the "holy crap, I can't believe I'm seeing this" party? Did the groom cheat?

On the other side of the coin, the last wedding I was in, the groom was so jealous about my friend that we stayed in the house and made dinner and watched wedding movies. Most boring bachelorette party ever. His rationale for this was that his friend's fiancee kissed a guy at her party and then called off the wedding. Um, if you're afraid that's going to happen, maybe you shouldn't get married?

DH went to Vegas for his bach party and he told me they went to three different strip cubs on different nights.  Apparently, one of the strippers tried to talk him out of getting married when she was giving him a lap dance, haha.  The whole thing didn't bother me, the only request I made was no strippers in the hotel room.  I feel like icky things are more likely to happen in that situation. 

There were no strippers at my bach party.  Male strippers kind of creep me out.

FI will for sure be going to a strip club, I think they want to go to Montreal since apparently there are better strippers there. I honestly could care less, as long as he doesn't blow a ton of money it doesn't matter to me.

It surprises me at the number of people here that are totally ok with the whole strip club thing.  Unless the rest are just lurking and afraid to post.

I don't know, going to a strip club is one thing, but going all the way to montreal just because the strippers are better?  Don't you find that kind of insulting?

They are not going all the way there because the girls are better looking.  They are going because you can get more "mileage" there, if you know what I mean.  That is what "better" means in this context.

Just speaking for myself here, but going to a strip club seems relatively harmless in that they're only looking, not touching (you might know something I don't here, but don't strip clubs disallow touching?) and it's just sort of a guy thing to do for a bachelor party? I'm pretty sure that if I was concerned about him looking at naked girls that aren't me, I'd have to throw his computer out a window. As I already said, I would kill him if they hired strippers to come to a private party.

Haha, I presume "mileage" refers to the amount of nudity? That's an awesome euphemism.
